I don’t understand. I want my icons to be legible when I use the Breeze Dark
Plasma theme, and I don’t want to use either Breeze nor the Breeze Dark color
scheme.

confuse now the icon is white (follow the text color) so it work isn't it?

can you switch the the plasma theme to breeze and change the color scheme to
breeze-dark

Plasma theme is Breeze Dark (as mentioned on screenshots name)
Icon theme is Breeze (seems to has the issue with Breeze Dark though? I can’t
spot any differences when changing back and forth between the two).

This screenshot shows well-behaving task switcher for comparison.
