scrollbar at the bottom extremity
After upgrading to Plasma 5.11.0, I noticed weird scrollbars on GTK2 apps using
the breeze-gtk theme.
When a scrollbar is at the very top or bottom of a window, it looks like you
can still scroll a bit. Hovering the mouse cursor over it displays it
correctly, though :)
