SUMMARY
I noticed that GTK apps are slower to start than before, not much but I can
notice it. Turns out it's Breeze GTK theme.
When I set GTK theme to Default, apps open almost instantly, when I set to
Breeze, they have 1-2s delay on startup. Chromium is not too bad, but one app I
use TablePlus (DB viewer) I really notice it, because startup is instead of
being instant about 2s.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install GTK app as Chromium or TablePlus (heavy GTK app)
2. Set GTK theme to Default, launch apps, instant launches
3. Set GTK theme to Breeze, launch apps, notice startup lag

Startup lag
EXPECTED RESULT
No startup lag
