Can you please provide the contents (as an attachment) of the detailed Craft
logs?
It looks like the mirror you are being sent to for those files is refusing to
provide service to you however i'll need those logs

I've tried various times, and I found wget failed very frequently.
Is this caused by my internet condition (I assume it's good enough) or
something at the server?
