STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use openSUSE Tumbleweed
2. Open Discover and install a distro-provided app (e.g. not Flatpak; it works
for Flatpak apps)
3. Click the Launch button
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens. Nothing is printed to the console, either
EXPECTED RESULT
The app launches
