Cannot reproduce. When I click on the back button on the "Builder" page, I'm
taken back to the list of IDEs.
Can you attach a screen recording that shows the issue? Thanks!

* Click "Applications >" on the left
* Click "Developer Tools >" on the left
* Click "IDEs" on the left
* Click "Builder" package

Can't you just click the Back button in the top-left corner of the page to go
back to the browse/search view, if that's your goal?
