demo

SUMMARY
I am using a 14 inch laptop with 1080p screen, no scaling makes everything tiny
so I increased scaling to 125%, but it appears to cause font hop up and down
very slightly.

Breeze, Fusion and MS 9x styles are not affected

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set scaling to 125%, haven't tried higher values, apart from 100%. Make sure
that widget theme is set to Oxygen.
2. Open ksysguard switch to tab with graphs.
3. Updated numbers flicker on my system.

OBSERVED RESULT
Flickering text, video attached below.

EXPECTED RESULT
No eyesore.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS

Operating System: Arch Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 5.24.90

Kernel Version: 5.17.9-zen1-1-zen (64-bit)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I tested with default fonts config (Noto), recorded with Ubuntu fonts.
It happens to me on Xorg, but confirmed with wayland just in case.

Kinda sucks that Oxygen fell out of favor, I am not a big fan of flat theming.
