1. start Wayland session
2. press shift+printscreen or meta+shift+printscreen shortcuts
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
nothing happens
EXPECTED RESULT
shift+printscreen takes a full screen screenshot, meta+shift+printscreen
activates the rectangular region mode.
