Spectacle configuration
SUMMARY
The cursor changes to the grab icon after a drag and drop from the notification
of spectacle.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Configure spectacle according to the screenshot in settings.
2. Take a screenshot.
3. Drag and drop it to a window, for example telegram.
OBSERVED RESULT
The cursor icon changes to grab when the mouse is hovered over the plasma
panel, kickoff menu, widgets, notification popup.
EXPECTED RESULT
The cursor should work normally.
