STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open app
2. choose capture rectangular region
3. click take screenshot
4. Screen goes completely black
5 . After a minute or two some of the desktop reappears but none of the desktop
launchers display.
6. Log off and on
7. Screen returns to normal
8. Uninstall Spectacle
9. Report Bug
