SUMMARY
7z has a lot of options both in the windows gui and in the command line utils.
Ark does offer few of these options such as the compression method (that lacks
the zstd, lz5, lz4 and fast lzma compression schemes anyway) and compression
level.
It would be cool to be able to use the new compression schemes offered by 7-zip
zstd and to be able to define the archive's dictionary length, word length and
the solid block size.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Ark.
2. Click New in the application's menu.
3. Select the 7-zip archive type.
OBSERVED RESULT
Ark shows the default options common to other archive formats.
EXPECTED RESULT
It should show more.
