When I go to "Settings" - "Configure Choqok" - "Accounts" and then click on
"Add Account", nothing happens and the "Add account" wIndow doesn't appear. The
"add account" button stays pressed nonetheless. It is not possible to add any
account. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on Settings
2. Click on Configure Choqok
3. Click on Accounts
4. Click on Add Account

Actual Results:  
Nothing. It was not possible to add an account.

Expected Results:  
The "Add Account" window should have appeared so I can add an account and
actually use the application.
