I would like to request the ability to configure mouse buttons and wheel events
in the shortcut settings menu.
This could be done e.g. by adding a new tab in the shortcut menu or by adding
mouse button input to the current one.
Example use cases:
- Enable use of mouse buttons 4 and 5
- Configure mouse wheel (this could resolve
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=388116 to mutual satisfaction as well)
