No, the Qt translation (i.e. dialog buttons, Qt file dialogs) i is definitely
in the language specified in digiKam. I've tested this several times under a
real Windows 7 computer and a Windows 10 VM.

The "translations" folder is not found. This would be found in the AppImage if
we moved it to share/digikam. Then the translation of the file dialogs and
buttons works without problems.

AppImage bundle 7.3.0 daily build is updated and now it must includes Qt
translations.
I still MacOS package to rebuild;, and i see a broken packaging yesterday
evening. I will fix it.
