Video dates are take by digiKam using ffmpeg. You ca double check from CLI
using "ffmpeg -i video_file"
By comparison, look also the result with ExifTool from CLI.

I would like to add that the dates of videos during EDT (datelight saving time
: -4) is exactly 4 hours ahead.
And the ones now (EST: -5) are exactly 5 hours ahead.
So it must be caused by timezone
