Rats, well I guess either leave the bug unconfirmed and see if anyone else has
it or close it since you can't reproduce it. I could try reloading libinput to
see if that would get rid of it.

I am using 17.10 with back-ports turned on. I use the defaults from how it
comes from the ppa's, meaning not reconfiguring the system in any major way.
How it loads is how I run it.

OK, sounds like it might be a bug in your input drivers, maybe. Are you using
Libinput to drive your mouse, or something else? Or put another way, what
version of Kubuntu are you using? (17.10 uses libinput by default

I just see the issue in Dolphin. Yes when I right click and the mouse moves
the menu disappears. It happens when you right click and there is movement
simultaneously. It only happens about 1 out of 10 times
