STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to Network and add Network folder
2. Select ftp, choose a name, add server address & create an icon for this
remote folder
3. Open the created icon (of that anonymous ftp server you're trying to connect
with...)

OBSERVED RESULT
folder is empty
& Login OK (if you tried to refresh via f5)
EXPECTED RESULT
Being able to view your files and folders

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows:
macOS:
Linux/KDE Plasma:
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.25.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.98.0
Qt Version: 5.15.6

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Dolphin seems to login to the server and trying to retrieve the file list via
"list -la" command with no success (because folder is NOT empty)

---------Wii's ftp server log-----------
FTP Server is running and listenning on port 21.
Got command: PASV
Listening for data connections at 192.168.2.60:1045...
Wrote reply: 227 Entering Passive Mode (192.168.2.60,4,21).\
Got command: list -la
Wrote reply: 150 transferring data.
Waiting for data connections...
Connected to client! Transferring data...
Wrote reply: 226 Closing data connection, transfer successful.

This is an anonymous FTP server created on a WiiU console (I ever tried the Wii
mode's ftp server, but same result) which I am able to explore just fine on my
mobile phone via an app & on filezilla on windows & linux. In filezilla I had
to select active transfer type & limit the connections to 1 for the most
reliable experience with no dcs or hangs.
