Confirmed with following steps:

1. Create 6 folders
2. Add one file per folder
3. Open all folders in tree view
4. Press refresh
5. All folders close, except 4th one
6. Last folder has no treeview arrow and reports 0 items

Possibly off by one error somewhere?
Problem fixes itself by going back to the top folder, but if you go inside any
of the folders in tree view and back up again, the problem persists.

Did more testing and you are right it's not related to LUKS. For whatever
reason I'm not encountering this bug in /home but it's present in other folders
on the system device.

After recent Arch updates I can no longer roll back Dolphin because of
unresolvable dependencies, so now I'm stuck with broken file manager. Please
fix :(
