The idea is to easily add entries to the "Create New" context menu in dolphin.
Currently for that one needs to:
1. create a template somewhere.
2. write a .desktop file in ~/.local/share/templates like
https://j605.tk/blog/post/shorts/new-templates-in-dolphin/
One solution would be to skip the second step and just show files in
~/Templates. Another option is to provide an easier way to create them by
abstracting the desktop file creation from the user.
