SUMMARY
When we hover over the buttons to go back/forward/up through the file system of
Dolphin, we can read the following tooltips:
Go back
Go forward
Go up
However, when we hover over the same buttons of the file open/save dialogs, two
of the tooltips are different:
Back
Forward
Go up
EXPECTED RESULT
The tooltips shown by file open/save dialogs should match the ones shown by
Dolphin.
