Ok I've solved !
The problem, it comes from the database
~/.local/share/kactivitymanagerd/resources/database it was corrupt
...I have not tried to empty it but I simply deleted it:
~/.local/share/kactivitymanag

from the account with problems I ran a rm -r ~ / .config / plasma * rc
...So, at the next login, I found a default configuration with the plasma panel
instead of Latte-Dock
and here we immediately highlight the pro

but plasmashell and kactivitymanagerd continues to crash !!! :(
