You're correct in thinking that no warning should be shown for alarms >10
minutes ahead. That was the intention, but it was coded wrongly.
Fixed now for version 3.6.1 in KDE Gear 23.08.1, commit
65031e6e03c802a9e3669ee34c95e6d919cfff8e.
