I solve this problem by setting numbers format (locale) to arabic and now it
works fine

sorry, I didn't notice your  comment. Yes it is still happen I am using 

Operating System: KDE neon 5.22
KDE Plasma Version: 5.22.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.85.0
Qt Version: 5.15.3

Does this problem still happen with the newest versions of these programs? I

it is not limited to kcalc, the problem happens at least in KRunner, calender,
dolphin. Please see the attachments.
