SUMMARY
In Plasma 5.22.x on wayland, I could use my android phone with kde connect to
move my mouse via the "remote input" plugin. Since upgrading to 5.23 (on Fedora
35 via zawertun's kde copr repo) this no longer works. My mouse is not moved
when swiping my fingers across the screen in the android app (tested f-droid
and google play build). Other parts of KDE connect work fine.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Be on plasma 5.23.2
2. try kde connect remote input plugin
3. notice your mouse doesn't move at all
