STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Just export the project.

OBSERVED RESULT
The export starts and ends instantly, without producing any file and without
saying any error message.
It doesn't depend on the parameters, I tried in every format, in every
directory. Restarting kdenlive doesn't work, not even restarting the pc.
I already tried changing the name to the "kdenliverc" file in "appdata/local"
directory and opening kdenlive again, like you told me sometime ago for another
bug. Initially it seemed to work but soon after the first export it does it
again.
