If the "Reparse the project" option is activated in the project settings, after
changing the settings, the background analyzer ignores the size of the project
and runs a detailed analysis, which takes a very long time
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Project settings
2. Go to language support
3. Change any params
4. Apply changes
