SUMMARY
On Right-to-Left paragraphs that exceed a line, caret is one character off of
the intended location except on the last line of the paragraph.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Type a paragraph exceeding one line.
2. Move the cursor with arrow keys except on the last line.
3. Continue typing inside the paragraph.
OBSERVED RESULT
New characters are placed one location before the cursor.
EXPECTED RESULT
New characters should appear at exact cursor position.
