Added a removed_tile feature. Not like the old one, but hopefully this will be

I have sent a selection of images of the KDE 3 version of Mahjongg
to Christian in a separate e-mail.

It would be sensible to get a copy of the source for that version
as a starting-point for restoring this very useful feature.

KDE is volunteer-driven. If somebody comes up with some extra time and decides
to spend it on implementing this feature, it will happen. Otherwise, it will
not. :)

KMahjongg has no maintainer, so noone is actively watching over its reports and
status. That's unfortunate but still, it is how it is.
