KMail version 19.04.1-1 (Arch Linux)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the "change shortcuts" dialog
2. Select an element of the list (e.g. About KMail)
3. Change the sorting by pressing the header of the listview (e.g. Action)
