A screenshot which demonstrates the amount of empty space in the color bar.

SUMMARY

The color bar in Koloupaint occupies an overly large amount of vertical screen
real estate, including a label which tells the user the color bar is a color
bar. The individual color boxes are larger than necessary and there is
generally a lot of empty space. There is no way to change this in the settings.
When compared to the color bar in MS paint, before and after Windows 7, it is
substantially larger.

EXPECTED RESULT

Please include a setting that reduces how much vertical screen real-estate the
color bar occupies. Smaller icons are perfectly fine for devices which have
mouse support.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Kubuntu
Probably every other platform
