Bug ID: 452684 Summary: Please reduce the vertical space which the the color bar occupies. Product: kolourpaint Version: 22.03.80 Platform: Other OS: Other Status: REPORTED Severity: wishlist Priority: NOR Component: general Assignee: kolourpaint-supp...@lists.sourceforge.net Reporter: fuchsiaho...@disroot.org Target Milestone: --- Created attachment 148194 --> https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=148194&action=edit A screenshot which demonstrates the amount of empty space in the color bar. SUMMARY The color bar in Koloupaint occupies an overly large amount of vertical screen real estate, including a label which tells the user the color bar is a color bar. The individual color boxes are larger than necessary and there is generally a lot of empty space. There is no way to change this in the settings. When compared to the color bar in MS paint, before and after Windows 7, it is substantially larger. EXPECTED RESULT Please include a setting that reduces how much vertical screen real-estate the color bar occupies. Smaller icons are perfectly fine for devices which have mouse support.
