That isn't really an ability that come from terminal programs.  It would no
idea what you would consider important.  I would suggest some sort of other
program that highlights text and/or use Konsole's search function.

I can find option You say. My idea is about separate important output/input
from other output/input. I often type make in terminal or puts printf in my
code to debug, so I need empty space in terminal to know into which occurrence
of make line belongs.

Could you please clarify? From the title I was thinking about Profile >
Advanced > Line Spacing, but your mention of input and output leaves me
puzzled.
