Ok, I guess the issue can be closed then :)
It can always be reopened later if necessary.

Hello, I can't test in on Sid because the whole Debian is in a kind of "freeze"
for the upcoming release of "Bookworm". It will probably take 1-2 month and I
have been told that I won't receive this kind of updates until the final
release.

Anyway, I tested it on Ubuntu 23.04 beta with Frameworks 104 and Plasma 5.27.4
and konversation exits normally.

Hello, the update 5.27.3/fw104 isn't available yet on Debian Sid. I'll comment
again as soon as I receive the updates

It looks like it's no longer happening.
Maybe the Frameworks 5.104.0 or Plasma 5.27.3 update somehow fixed the issue.

@Enrico: Do you still encounter the issue on Debian?

I can confirm on Debian Sid. Running konversation from the terminal I see the
core dump.
I tried to check if my backtrace is the same as Yannik's, but I can't figure
out how to install some missing debug symbols. Anyway, I suppose it's due to
the same issue.
