Hi, Bollebib!

Could you please retest the bug in current nightly/4.2? I guess it was fixed in
the meantime. At least I cannot reproduce it anymore. I tried the following:

1) Move a group layer with move tool (onion skins don't move)
2) Move a frame within one layer with onion skins enabled (onion skins are
updated correctly).
3) Move a frame to a different layer (onion skins are updated correctly)
