The situation with the 4.3.0 prealpha is getting more interesting:
There are several brush presets that cause a crash if I select them. Examples:

Yes, it's Ico-dY's pack that was recently available at a special low price.
I restored configs and all resources then removed ico_burp_canvas_2048.px. The
4.3.0 prealpha started with no problem.

Hm, that usually means there's a global .action file somewhere that Krita also
reads. It won't have anything to do with this crash. It looks like the ico
kpp's are the problem. I don't have those; are they from
