I found some remarks about this in years old threads at reddit, as today, it is
still not possible to change the default zoom level for starting / opening new
documents.
I work with smaller graphics most of the time and it feels very unintuitive,
having to reset the zoom to 100% each time - it is of course possible to use a
shortcut or toolbar button, but that's one unecessary click ;)
