That would have to be done by distros, but it's not a bad idea. You can't find info related to "portage" in Arch wiki and vice versa for "pacman" in Gentoo wiki. IMHO it won't make much sense to include only for Arch as the concept of "popularity" is in itself vague,for you Arch wiki is popular and for me Gentoo wiki is the best,someone else will chip in with some other suggestion.
