Open a PDF file the ordinary way, by double clicking it in Dolphin. 2. Click the application launcher and enter the name of the PDF in the search box 3. The launcher will find the PDF (as a recently opened document) 4. Select the document from the list and click to open it 5. The document will open after a short delay (depending on the size of the document - for my Calculus textbook it's about 4-5 seconds) 6. I just press the windows key, type the first few letters of the document until it appears at the top of the list and then press enter. Just tried it again with the same result.
