I have 2 screens, one panel at the bottom of one of the screens. Maximizing
windows get under the panel.
This doesn't happen if I "openbox --replace"
This doesn't happen with just 1 screen.
Reproducible: Always

1. Start plasma with one panel at the bottom of one of the screen
