Xorg doesn't IMO by default map the touch screen coordinates to the "correct"
display.

Though actually, SDDM doesn't really handle input either, it's just a QtQuick
view on an unmanaged window. I can't see what could be wrong in SDDM.

Please test with sddm --test-mode inside your session and confirm that's fine.
