Turning on sticky keys in Wayland has no effect.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Turn on sticky keys in system settings -> accessibility
Press & release shift
Press a letter key
OBSERVED RESULT
A lower case letter is typed
EXPECTED RESULT
An upper case letter is typed
