Despite its name, that effect doesn't actually snap windows. It only draws a
window outline.

Only one effect name starts with snap, so shouldn't be too hard for you to

X11, and I'm not ready to switch. Now it's not happening, but in the past it
happened quite a lot, with every program. Maybe it's one of the (several bad)
things that happen after I go away from keyboard (AFK,)
