SUMMARY
When window is maximized by shortcut the window becomes so tiny that it is
unsable.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable Maximize shortcut in Shortcuts > Kwin > Maximize Window
2. Open libreoffice / Qutebrowser
3. Toggle miximize shortcut
