What do you mean? "Start at Login" just runs /home/system/.scripts/autostart.
`spice-vdagent`.desktop was installed by the spice-vdagent package.

Yes, I see my "Start at Login".desktop in `System Settings > Startup and
Shutdown > Autostart`, but spice-vdagent.desktop is nowhere to be found.

Ok. I'm just trying to find where its autostart files are. Do you see an entry
for it in System Settings > Startup and Shutdown > Autostart, or in System
Settings > Startup and Shutdown > Background Services?

Some more testing reveals that this issue stems from plasma-workspace --- 5.24
works, but not 5.25.
