SUMMARY
When switching to a different TTY (e.g. TTY3 via `ctrl`+`alt`+`F3`), the
primary monitor changes to the default monitor.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Change primary monitor to a different monitor
2. Switch to tty3 or above `ctrl`+`alt`+`F3` to `F6`
3. Switch back to tty2 or tty7 (depends on whether you're using Wayland or
Xorg)
OBSERVED RESULT
The primary monitor switches to the default (usually smaller) monitor.
EXPECTED RESULT
The primary monitor stays the same.
