one of them was mounted after running clean commnad found on internet

I had 2 HD out of which i could mount but another western HD is not mounting
and giving following error:

Metadata kept in Windows cache, refused to mount.
Failed to mount '/dev/sdc5': Operation not permitted
The NTFS partition is in an unsafe state. Please resume and shutdown
Windows fully (no hibernation or fast restarting), or mount the volume
read-only with the 'ro' mount option.
