Currently, the xdg-desktop-portal package on Neon is not built with Pipewire
support. This leads to it not providing the ScreenCast interface even though
xdg-desktop-portal-kde implements it.
This was an Ubuntu bug:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/pipewire/+bug/1802533, fixed in
21.04.
The fix (basically just building it on a system with Pipewire) can be easily
done for Neon 20.04, and we should do so to make Wayland screencasting work.
Right now I made it work by compiling xdg-desktop-portal from source using
instructions in an AUR pkgbuild.
