setAttribute with doubles is evil as it uses the current locale and we don't
want that, use QString::number

Originally bug found in Okular 0.21.3 + KDE 4.14

I can reproduce bug in latest Okular 0.24.0 + KDE Framewoks 18.0 + KDE Plasma
5.5.4 + Qt 5.5.1
