SUMMARY
Opening a larger file(>1MB) in firefox causes plasma to offer you to open that
file although it is already opened.
Doesn't happen with small files  i.e. 200KB
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.Open a file >1MB in firefox(i.e. pdf)  

OBSERVED RESULT
Plasma offers you to open the opened file 

EXPECTED RESULT
Plasma doesn't do anything

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
On a faster internet you might need to open a larger file. It seems to be bind
by time i.e. if it's not an instant open, plasma will shot the dialog.
