The problem is that after restarting pulse audio with pulse-audio -k; pulse-audio --start the volume control applet shows a red line through it and is disabled. Clicking on it shows no devices or applications. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Restart pulse audio with pulse-audio -k; pulse-audio --start OBSERVED RESULT No audio devices or applications are shown EXPECTED RESULT I expect all of the applications and devices to be shown after restarting Pulse audio SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Windows: macOS: Linux/KDE Plasma: OpenSUSE 15.4, Plasma 5.26.3 (available in About System) KDE Plasma Version: 5.26.3 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.99.0 Qt Version: 5.15.7 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
