Bug ID: 445917 Summary: GPU-Power and CPU-Tctl and Tccd missing from filtered sensors Product: plasma-systemmonitor Version: 5.23.3 Platform: Archlinux Packages OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: general Assignee: ksysguard-b...@kde.org Reporter: mat.muel...@mailbox.org CC: ahiems...@heimr.nl, plasma-b...@kde.org Target Milestone: --- Follow-Up to https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=438318 as that apparently is fixed. (see https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=438318#c31) Unfortunately, GPU Power and CPU-Temperature for the whole CPU and all sensors for the mainboard are still missing/being filtered out while being displayed by 'sensors' At least on my hardware (Ryzen 3800x and 6900xt on Asrock x470 Taichi) I still strongly believe that filtering out sensors is the wrong approach, at least without the option to expose the "raw" data or a config file to change which sensors are filtered. Every time new sensors are added by new or obscure hardware, those filters have to be changed in the codebase - and hardcoded filterlists imho are pretty bad practice... -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
